Results
using the Shubnum Process
Some sample results, when using
Shubnum's strategic processes are displayed.
The display indicates assignments which included both, products
and services for the public sector. This process in the public
sector is formal, transparent and generally more restrictive than
the private sector.
The assignments in themselves are fairly intense, yet they were
completed successfully and in a short time-frame. All parties in
the transactions felt that they were treated fairly.
Note that some of the assignments used more than one major strategy
to affect the overall total results. Each of the strategies was
made up of several smaller tactical strategies to achieve these
results.
One of the significant advantages of using Shubnum is that the
benefits in single transactions are very large. A small savings
of a very large number is still a very large number. Large benefits
such as these add up in a meaningful way and in a relatively short
time when the process is used consistently. Please review the later
section on 'Effect on Financial
Performance and Market Capitalization' in this context, as
we explore this cumulative effect.
