Market Sectors

Shubnum serves a number of market sectors with their strategic management services and products. These market sectors are categorized as horizontal and vertical markets, and are noted below.

A horizontal market is one which concurrently interacts with several vertical markets as sellers. Example: A school district as a buyer and a horizontal market, may concurrently seek sellers in several vertical markets. These sellers may sell furniture, books, blackboards or portable school buildings. A vertical market is one which specializes on a single market. Example: A furniture factory is a vertical market. It may seek buyers in several horizontal markets such as; schools, government offices, and consumer homes. Occasionally a vertical market participant is integrated vertically within itself. This means that this participant is self sufficient in creating its goods and services, which are then sold to buyers in horizontal markets.

Shubnum optimizes these relationships so that both, the horizontal markets and the vertical markets benefit from their services and products. Shubnum processes expand the markets for both, the seller and buyer.
